MINNESOTA STUDENTS SELECTED TO THE 2004-2005 WRANGLER® HIGH SCHOOL ALL*STAR RODEO TEAM
Leaders of the National High School Rodeo Association (NHSRA), the oldest youth rodeo organization in America, appointed several Minnesota high school students to the Wrangler® High School All*Star Rodeo Team, the first-ever corporate-sponsored youth rodeo team.
The Wrangler® High School All*Star Rodeo Team is fashioned after Wrangler's Champion Pro Rodeo Team, which includes superstars like Ty Murray, Joe Beaver, Dan Mortensen, Charmayne James, and Hall-of-Famer Jim Shoulders. The Minnesota students earned their position on the Wrangler® High School All*Star Rodeo Team based on leadership qualities, academic eligibility and athletic achievements.
UPDATED 12/18/2004 Minnesota High School Rodeo Association proudly announces the Kallie AGRE and Chris COULTER were voted captains of the 2004-2005 team by their teammates. Among other achievements, Kallie is a three-time MHSRA All-Around Cowgirl, while Chris is our Reserve Champion Heeler and MHSRA Student Director.

The All*Star Team is selected by NHSRA following strict guidelines. Nominations for the 2005 Wrangler® All*Star Team are submitted in August 2004 by the state association following the nomination procedures established by NHSRA. This month, Nationals notified us of their decision regarding membership to this elite group. The 2005 Wrangler® All*Star Team members must comply with dress codes to be formally accepted as All*Star team members.
The Wrangler® All*Star Team is selected from the top two finishers from the previous year using a specific order of events based on last year's national participation. Members only qualify to be selected for the team. This year, the order of events are (top to bottom):
